In Finale di Pollina, in an excellent seafront location, on the ground floor of a building we own. Situated in a quiet and central area just minutes from the sea, this apartment offers easy access to surrounding sandy, pebbly, or rocky beaches for spearfishing enthusiasts.
The bright and carefully furnished apartment has a living area of 60 m2, a 30 m2 terrace overlooking a 150 m2 garden and is composed as follows:
