This elegant property is located a short distance from the center of Cefalù, offering breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Comfort and contemporary charm ensure a relaxing and memorable stay. The terrace, equipped with loungers and a barbecue, invites you to relax outdoors and enjoy splendid days immersed in the beauty of the Sicilian countryside.
On the ground floor, there are two entrances: one leads to a welcoming living room with a sofa and TV, the other to a fully equipped kitchen-dining room. The spacious double bedroom, furnished with modern taste, includes a spacious closet and dresser. The bathroom features a large double shower for your relaxation, a toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The mezzanine level offers a quiet study/relaxation area and a comfortable sleeping area with two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, induction stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and juicer, as well as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The amenities include air conditioning for the summer and a pellet stove for the winter, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen satellite TV in the living room and bedroom with streaming services for your entertainment.
Villa Michela doesn't forget the little ones: a play area with swings, slides, and other games is available for them. The terrace, equipped with loungers and a barbecue, invites you to relax outdoors and enjoy the beautiful Sicilian days. Parking is available on site.

FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF CEFALÙ, THE AMOUNT PER GUEST IS €2.00 PER NIGHT FROM APRIL 1ST TO OCTOBER 31ST FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. CHILDREN UNDER 12 ARE EXEMPT.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, up to €300 may be withheld from your security deposit after check-out.
Upon check-in, you must present a photo ID matching the name of the person who made the reservation.
The property is not available for hen/stag parties or similar.
