Located in the heart of Cefalù's historic center, this house, once owned by our grandparents, is today a perfect blend of historic charm and contemporary comfort. Just steps from the beach, the Norman Cathedral, and the main attractions, you won't need any transportation: everything is within easy walking distance. 🌅 The two private balconies offer a double wonder: on one side, the majestic Rocca di Cefalù and the lively Via Giacomo Matteotti; on the other, a view of the Tyrrhenian Sea that offers spectacular sunsets. Perfect spots for enjoying an al fresco breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset, in a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. 🛏️ The 96 square meter suite is located on the second floor (without an elevator) of a typical 1930s building. The decor blends restored antiques and modern furnishings, elegant details, and bright spaces create a welcoming and refined atmosphere. Two double bedrooms - a living room with a double sofa bed and chaise longue - two bathrooms with windows and large showers, bidets, toilets, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries - a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a dining table where you can prepare delicious local dishes or simply enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Two large closets, a functional table/desk, a convenient laundry area with a washing machine and clothesline, and a hot water tank for any eventuality. For maximum comfort, the suite is equipped with towels and bed linens. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and three satellite TVs with streaming services (a 55" in the living room and a 32" in the bedroom) will allow you to truly relax. 🎁 Every detail has been designed to make you feel at home and welcome; you'll find chilled water, sweets, wine, or champagne.
